At Momcozy, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion or maternity items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Momcozy packaging.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
